YWCA Endurance Sports (YES!)

YWCA Endurance SportsTriathlon, swimming, biking, running - these are more than just activities for health and fitness. They are part of a positive and enjoyable lifestyle. The YWCA Endurance Sports program (YES! for short) is here to support you - whatever your fitness level, whatever your goal.

New Classes

  • New Class: Swim Conditioning class coming in spring. You wanted it, you got it!
  • New Class: Strength and Conditioning for Runners & Triathletes class coming this spring
  • Tri Race Skills scheduled for summer.

YWCA Women's Triathlon

Registration opens Feb 3 for the YWCA Women's Tri! We're working on lots of improvements, including a move to Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis and efforts to make the race greener!

The Women's Tri is our signature event, and many participants use our Endurance Sports programs to get ready.

The 2009 Women's Tri was again one of the top five Minnesota races of the year! For summary and results see the Results page on the Women's Tri website.

Stay in shape with an Indoor Triathlon!

The YWCA's Indoor Tri season has already begun! The first race was Nov 15 (see results here)! Mark your calendar or register NOW for the Winter and Spring indoor tri's on January 31 and April 18. Learn more.
